Okay, so here it is Monday again. I am glad that today is finally over. I started my day off by going to the blood drop off. Well okay, actually I needed blood drawn for some testing. Anyway, I went to work after that and I am exhausted. I am trying to find a balance between work and family life. I love my clients, but they are so demanding.
I have been following my program pretty well. I am trying to track everything that I eat by calories and portion sizes. I think that I need to shift my attention to the fact that it is healthy for my body, and not be so concerned with the calories.
So here it goes-
Breakfast- Ultra Weight loss shake
coffee w/ no sugar added cream
Lunch- South beach turkey and cheese hogie
Dinner- 1 1/2 lean beef enchaladas
steamed broccoli
1/2 c. yellow rice
Snack- 3 small butter cookies @ Mattie's Ortho . appointment
I went for a walk with my clients today, and Joe and I walked for about 45 minutes this afternoon. I am so full from dinner, but I am going to have a nice cup of hot coffee!!! Yes, and I'm going to drink it past 8:00 p.m I'm so tired, I don't think it witll matter at all.
Well gotta go. I need to be more diligent and get my paperwork done for my new clients, they'll be here on Monday. Joe thought it would be a good idea for me to make sure I do my documentation at home from now on. I'm too scattered brained to do it @ work anymore.
